The Business Operations team keep us organized, pay the bills, and make Vidispine a great place to work. They manage customer invoicing, spreadsheets, read the fine print and host the most epic Swedish fikas.
Since you are reading this text, you probably have stumbled over some of our work: we manage the marketing initiatives and produce promotional materials, content, as well as plan and execute events.
Our sales team is the direct link between our products and our customers, this is truly where the relationships are initiated. As our customers are spread all around the world, so is our sales team. If they are not out travelling to meet customers, they are working from any of our offices in Stockholm, Umeå or the UK.
The Customer Success team is responsible for post-sales activities and act as the key point of contact for our customer portfolio. The team helps customers with onboarding, holds product training sessions, performs professional services and acts as a customer advocate within Vidispine.
The R&D team is in charge of our products. They are involved in everything from business development and project management to requirements definition and testing. This is an awesome team that is working with cool technologies and work tasks.
This team consists of a group of attentive and highly skilled developers, system engineers and cloud experts, who love to drill down into tricky technical challenges. The team is also responsible for all hosted customer systems on several clouds, so there’s never a dull moment in the Vidispine OPS-cave.
